I would like to invite you to be an exhibitor/vendor at the 2009 Back Country and Outdoor Show presented by the Back Country Horsemen of Idaho (BCHI). This year's show is hosted by Twin Rivers BCH of Lewiston, ID and supported by the other 15 Chapters of the Back Country Horsemen of ID.

Our event will be held March 27th, 28th, 29th, 2009 at the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds in Lewiston, ID. The event will be advertised across Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon, with expected attendance to exceed 2500. Among the various planned activities will be a Bucket Raffle, Raffles, Demonstration Areas, Horse Training Competitions, Stock Dog Exhibitions, Packing Demos, Forest Service Displays, Dutch Oven Cooking Contest, Dinner and Live Auction Saturday night, Cowboy Poetry, and much, much more.

The Back Country Horsemen of Idaho Annual Directors Meeting will be held in conjunction with the Back Country and Outdoor Show and will have representatives from fifteen Chapters throughout the state.

There will be Dinner and Live Auction on Saturday Night. If you would like to attend you may purchase your tickets on this form. If you are interested in doing a demonstration of your products or a donation for our auctions, be sure and mark the appropriate box and we will contact you.

Camping is available on site at the fairgrounds, please indicate nights you would like reserved on this form. Local motels can be located at: www.lewistonchamber.org or www.clarkstonchamber.org

Food Vendors will be available during show hours and for breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning before the doors open for the show.
